Refund & Return Policy

Print jobs are produced on demand against artwork supplied by the customer, so refunds and returns are limited to genuine production or material defects.

1. When you can request a refund

  • Wrong product or wrong dimensions delivered.
  • Print is materially defective (banding, smudging, colour shift well outside acceptable tolerance).
  • Order was cancelled before production started (status Job Received).

2. When refunds are not available

  • The artwork supplied was low resolution, mis-spelled, or had layout issues we could not have caught.
  • Minor colour variation due to substrate (flex, vinyl, canvas behave differently).
  • Order has reached Ready to Print or beyond.

3. How to raise a request

Email us at support@printvaan.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days via Razorpay.
