Replacement Policy

Where a refund is not the right outcome, we'll happily reprint and re-dispatch your order at no additional cost — provided the cause is on our side.

1. Eligible cases

  • Production defect identified within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged in transit (please share unboxing photos with the courier label visible).
  • Wrong size or quantity dispatched against a confirmed order.

2. Process

  1. Email support@printvaan.com with order number and photos.
  2. Our team confirms eligibility within 1 working day.
  3. We re-print using the same artwork on file and dispatch via the original courier service.

3. Not covered

Replacements are not available for issues caused by the supplied artwork, customer-side handling damage, or out-of-spec dimensions confirmed at order time.
